Shelia also brings robust expertise in planning and executing medical education conferences at both national and international levels. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Professional Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University and is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Her work has earned notable recognition, including the Distinguished Business Partner of the Year Award from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business, Market Research Center, highlighting her dedication to meaningful collaboration and excellence in service.

Her proficiency in product classification—including HTSUS, Schedule B, ECCN, and Country of Origin determinations—supports strategic decision-making and global accountability.
